How do I prepare for a call?

Bring an idea of your current struggles and where you want to be. Think about why you think you need a coach and how I can help be that accountability buddy. Bring any and all of the questions you may have for my packages.

Will you choose a package for me?

Only you can decide what you can truly commit to. If you’re stuck, I’ll definitely point you towards the direction I think you may need to go to get done what you’re hoping to get done.

Is 15 minutes really enough?

Yes, because this isn’t a clarity call. This is the diving board, the jumping off point, for us to see where you’re at and what you need. If you think we’re a great fit and having me on your team will help you succeed, then the real nitty gritty work happens once you’re all booked in! After our call you can send any questions my way via email though if you’re still wondering how things will work.

Are your packages subscriptions?

Yes! When you sign the contract, you’ll be paying a recurring invoice. All my coaching I offer is on a subscription basis because where some people need 2 months of help, others need 12 and it truly helps you feel accountable for however long you need me. It is completely up to each individual and their goals and having a subscription plan makes it easier to maintain our layer of accountability for however long you need me.

Can I switch subscriptions?

Yup! As I’ve mentioned across the site, your coaching is targeted and personalized for you specifically. So if we decide you need to add in some calls for extra accountability in a rough spot, or you’re doing so well you want to drop down in accountability to just daily texts, then we can switch it up for you :)

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of coaching, and the need for you to be fully invested in the process, as I start working on your goals and strategies as soon as you start, I do not offer refunds. Often, for those who already feel they can’t hold to goals and timelines, it offers a bit of an “out” if you know what I mean. An exit door to keeping themselves accountable. I’m here and ready to commit to you 100% so I need you to commit to yourself 100%.
