Welcome in friend, I’m Kay.
Watching others achieve their goals is something I never knew I wanted a front-row seat to. But the truth is, I know life can be hard. It has ups and downs. It can feel like a race. And sometimes, it can feel really lonely—especially when you’re chasing your dreams alone.
It did for me.
I found myself running out of mental space and energy to plan my goals, stick to them, or even celebrate them. I had a friend named Josh, we texted each other every day with our goals, and followed up in the evening to see how we’d done. That simple step of knowing someone was checking in on me, kept me moving through the busiest-most chaotic-year of my life.
That’s why, at the start of 2016, I became certified as a habit and accountability coach. Josh not only showed me how integral accountability is to doing the things you say you want to do, but how much I loved being able to cheer him on as he set about his daily tasks. Since then, I’ve come alongside over 100 clients—helping them not only reach their goals but feel seen and supported along the way.
With 12 years of experience running my own photography business on top of coaching, I get how hard it is to juggle personal and professional goals. That’s why I’ve built a coaching approach rooted in grace, clarity, and real-life momentum.

On a more personal note
I’m a mom of two sweet kiddos who keep me on my toes daily (2 under 2 was no joke, friends!) and wife to a fantastic husband who pushes me to pursue my passions.
But before them, I was an English major hustling to graduate a semester early. I was running a club, juggling two others, head of the nursery staff at my church, and nannying 7am to 7pm three days a week.
After that crazy year, my sister told me I was finally "coming out of a cave," and it hit me: I had been so focused on doing that I wasn’t living. So I took the productivity hacks and accountability lessons I learned and applied them to my personal life.
Then came 2016—I was running my own photography business, nannying 50 hours a week, and planning my own wedding... during peak wedding season (yep, not ideal as a wedding photographer!). But this time, I had a system. I had balance. And it worked.
Now I teach what worked for me—because I believe it can work for you, too.
Sometimes we just need that outside voice to help us reprioritize or remind us of our big why.
